I didn’t just wake up one day and decide to be a career mentor. My story is filled with hard lessons, setbacks, and the courage to take risks.
After 10+ years in HR, recruitment, and career mentoring, I know exactly how it feels to be frustrated, unsure of your next step, and constantly feeling overlooked.
I’ve lived through career uncertainty myself. I changed industries three times, and after building a successful career in Hungary, I made a bold move to Mexico — stepping into a completely new and unfamiliar world.
Here’s the truth: No one gets to the next level without facing adversity. It was during this time that I realized something: Career success doesn’t come from sending out more applications. It comes from setting a clear goal, building a brand that gets you noticed, networking smart, and being strategic in everything you do.
I built a career where I now mentor high-level professionals — guiding them stand out in a crowded job market, get hired in leadership roles, and get the salary they deserve.
But I didn’t stop there.
I’m a certified HR professional with over 10 years of experience, a trained life and business coach, and an international career mentor. I also support women in leadership as a mentor through the Equalizer Foundation, supported by Morgan Stanley.
Today, I work with professionals across Hungary, Mexico, and beyond — guiding them toward new roles, whether they’re looking for remote opportunities or planning a career move within Europe, Canada, or the U.S.
